This tri-level in southeast Rohnert Park, built in 1992, was sold in February by its original owners. Agent Shari Lorenz of Century 21 listed the property in late October for $475,000.

Prior to moving in, the buyers upgraded the interior, installing new carpeting and a new kitchen with granite counters. Lori Godwin of Creative Property Services was the buyers’ agent.
