Tim Freeman, Coldwell Banker's new Santa Rosa manager

Coldwell Banker’s new manager in Santa Rosa is a man who combines experience in both real estate and accounting.
Tim Freeman is taking the helm at Sonoma County’s largest residential real estate operation. He replaces Rick Laws, who left last month to become a regional vice president in Santa Rosa for Pacific Union International.
Freeman, a Glen Ellen resident, previously was manager in Chicago of Coldwell Banker’s Gold Coast Office. He also served as an assistant managing broker and an agent for Coldwell Banker in Chicago.
Prior to his work in real estate, he worked as a CPA for Deloitte & Touche, and served in various roles for such retail companies as The Gap and The Nature Company.
“We are excited and proud to welcome Tim to our Santa Rosa office,” said Rick Turley, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. “With such a strong background in real estate, finance, technology, coaching, and team leadership, he is a valuable addition to our management team. We are looking forward to him taking Sonoma County’s number one office to even greater heights.”
