It’s always good to find a high-end home that has at least one or two different unique rooms, or amenities such as a wine cellar or sauna. This house, which is part of a gated community called Savannah Estates, does one better and makes sure that every room -inside and out – has a striking architectural feature. The result is that each room you enter feels dramatic; as though you’re going to the next scene in a movie every time you go into the next area of the home.
There are no private saunas, no wine caves, and no recording studio; but what there is are custom ceilings, wall to ceiling windows, and breathtaking views. Savannah Estates is an enclave of just eight luxury homes, so if you’re looking for a tight-knit community, it’s already built in, so to speak. But it’s not the neighborhood that I’m interested in – it’s the unexpected, sometimes dramatic, architectural flourishes that this house has that make it well worth a closer look.
