In a recent WalletHub study of 150 areas throughout the U.S., Santa Rosa came in at number 13 when it came to quality of life for renters (1 is the best, 150 is the worst). According to stats on RentJungle, ‘One bedroom apartments in Santa Rosa rent for $1758 a month on average (a 7.79% increase from last year) and two bedroom apartment rents average $2152 (a 7.76% increase from last year).’
