Home sales rise, prices drop in June

Sonoma County home sales took a seasonal jump in June, but the median price fell and the deals were concentrated in the starter-home segment.

April home sales drop 9 percent

April home sales fell to the lowest mark for Sonoma County in three years. Sales dropped 9 percent from last year to 349 single-family homes. The median home price rose almost 5 percent to $329,460.
