Sonoma County's delinquency rate remains higher than a year ago. However, the rate of homes in some stage of foreclosure has declined, according to date released Tuesday by CoreLogic.
One of every 14 homeowners in Sonoma County was more than 90 days behind on their mortgage payments in June.
Nearly one of every 14 homeowners was more than 90 days behind on their mortgage payments in May.
One in every 13 county homeowners was more than 90 days late on their mortgage payment in April.
The foreclosure rate exceeds that of 2009, and the percent of delinquent mortgages has risen steadily over the past year.
