About this blog
Christina Molcillo is a creative writer with a background that includes marketing, web design, teaching, and a passion for historic homes and unique architecture.
An expatriate from the Silicon Valley, she returned to her Sonoma County roots to renovate and restore the family home; a 1925 Bungalow designed by architect Clyde Sweet, located in the historic Ridgway District of Santa Rosa. Through this nearly decade-long process, her appreciation for the vintage homes throughout the city grew, developing into a deep love for the neighborhood she’s set down roots in with her husband and two sons.
When not gawking at all the splendid buildings throughout town on the weekends, she can sometimes be found puttering around with her husband in his 1927 Model T, working on freelance writing projects that include food, beauty, and tech, or exploring the Sonoma Coast with her family.
