California is in its fourth year of drought, which for homeowners means a rise in water bills as officials  try to encourage conservation.

As homeowners know, a well-landscaped front yard can add curb appeal when they go to sell, and increase the home’s value. Because of this, current homeowners need to find ways to keep the front yard attractive while still staying within their budget as well as current water restrictions. Luckily, there are a number of drought- tolerant plants that can create attractive water-wise landscapes in any front yard.
