Doug Swanson, one of Sonoma County’s top producing real estate agents, has joined Pacific Union International.

Swanson is ranked eighth by sales volume for Sonoma County real estate agents and brokers, according to a Pacific Union press release. He previously had worked with a former Pacific Union affiliate in Santa Rosa  that this summer was absorbed into the Wine Country Group by Better Homes and Gardens.

Swanson has 25 years of sales experience and has been a licensed real estate agent for 11 years. He has had his broker’s license for more than five years and has worked as a partner and managing broker. He will be based in Santa Rosa.

Pacific Union International is the second-largest brokerage company serving the Bay Area counties of Sonoma, Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, and San Francisco, according to the press release. The company has more than 425 agents.
