Our recent bout of beautiful cold, clear weather somehow made our attention shift toward the beach so today we are taking a look at homes for sale in Bodega Bay.  With a mix of properties ranging from funky to modern fab, there is a lot to see in Bodega.

Listed at $619,000, 21655 Heron Drive is the lowest-priced home on the market in Bodega Bay at the moment.  With three bedrooms and two and a half baths, this three-story, 1,835 square-foot home has cathedral ceilings, two fireplaces and a one-car garage.  The master has its own fireplace and the property boats a windproof sun deck and an outdoor shower.

20090 Oyster Catcher Loop, listed at $1,269,000, has three bedrooms, three and a half baths and is 3,161 square feet.  The house has multiple decks, wood floors, cathedral ceilings, custom built-ins and a very open feel. The kitchen has cherry cabinets, a built-in Kitchen Aid refrigerator, and spectacular ocean views.  It could use a bit of updating, but the views are pretty incredible – even from the master bedroom (which like Heron Drive, has its own fireplace).

20863 Pelican Loop is practically an art piece and is the priciest home on our list at $1,800,000. This 3,234 square-foot home has three bedrooms and three baths, serious ocean views and a decidedly modern feel.  Built in 2009 and a quick walk to the beach, the property has a master suite with its own office, two guest suites, a gym and a wine cellar.  All of the kitchen and bath appliances and fixtures are high-end, but at $1,800,000, they should be.
