I got bamboozled on this house - the great example I had chosen was pulled off the market the evening I was writing it up. This is the only current 1940s home on the market that hadn't been gutted and updated for a more modern feel, so if someone's ready to roll up their sleeves and get to restoring, this could be a find. This is one area that I'm beyond happy didn't get updated. The 1960s pink tile for both the counter and shower are in fantastic condition, and will save any homebuyer looking for restoration a ton of money.
